EDWARD Y. LAU, ESQ.

Ed brings to FSS expertise in Medicare reimbursement and served as FSS Compliance Officer from 2007 through 2015.  Ed is a licensed attorney authorized to practice in Illinois. He has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 1978. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Illinois and a Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University.

Prior to joining FSS, Ed served as a hearing officer for the Children’s Hospital Graduate Medical Education (CHGME) program. 

Ed has extensive civil and trial experience in State and Federal Courts and is one of FSS litigators before the PRRB.
