WILLIAM LEONG

Bill joined FSS after an extensive career in IT. He is a successful, results-oriented Systems Architect with proven experience in systems design, including data modeling, advanced analytics, data and system integration, business processes, and workflow. Most recently, Bill was a Project Principal with SyClass, Inc., where he designed and directed the development of SyClass core product, a web-based Consumer Packaged Goods marketing system. Prior to SyClass, Bill was a Director of Advance Systems Development at Information Resources, where he led many projects, including the implementation of application systems.

As Lead Systems Architect for FSS, Bill is responsible for FSS computing infrastructure and the development of FSS databases and applications.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
